The Plan and Concept
The key to the success with any project, is ensuring that our client’s interiors are an authentic representation of their interests and necessities.
Details
Once the client has reviewed and approved all of the concept designs, I will move on to the design development and details stage. All final custom furniture and interior architecture drawings will be presented.
These will include final finishes, curated art and accessories for the client’s approval. At this stage I will also present an itemized breakdown of costs in line with the agreed upon budget.
Realization
The schedule of work will be outlined and agreed upon. With all onsite requirements met, the project will commence with our project coordinators and designers attending regular site meetings ensuring our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications. We will keep the client updated throughout allowing our client to enjoy the building phase with peace of mind.
