THE PLAN & CONCEPT

   The key to the success with any project, is ensuring that our client’s interiors are an authentic representation of their interests and necessities.  

        During the planning stage I take the time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style, lifestyle and aspirations. I will design a picture of the project through site visits or floor plans and photographs. I will take into consideration all factors,including time, budget, and any structural requirements.

        In creating the detailed plan, I will prepare concept designs, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required. Mood board presentations containing images. This is a very collaborative stage and I invite my clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.
